Delivery

All artwork is digital, and nothing is shipped. I'll email the finished drawings to the address you use at checkout, within the timeframe we agree before I start.

Refunds

You can get a full refund if I haven't started your piece, or if I can't deliver it. Once work has started, refunds are decided case by case. Finished drawings that have been delivered can't be refunded.

Payments

You pay in two parts: half of the agreed amount after I send over the sketch, and the other half after I finish the drawings. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site.

Use of the artwork

You may use your commissioned art for personal use. I keep the copyright unless we agree otherwise in writing.
